I have been requesting payment, no problems at croclix and ekoclix so far.

I have more than one year in both PTC.

I recently came a payment to my paypal account croclix and ask my second payment ekoclix after 8 days waiting for payment of ekoclix the ninth day "today" enter my account ekoclix and I get the message that my account is suspended, sending a support ticket, and support response is that I have violated the terms of use, you may check my account ekoclix my data are the same in croclix and ekoclix have nothing to hide.

Well, kindly send support ticket to the admin asking them to edit your name to be same like the name on your paypal ,as if they are not indentical , your payment won't be sent " For security reasons "
So go a head and send it and then request your payment again ,within 4 days it will be sent

Please do not spread misinformation on the forums because you will be suspended and here.
Payment have not waited eight days.
And yes, you have violated the TOS.

If you have not already read the TOS, you should have read the message you get when you request a withdrawal.

I have not violated any order for payment to me is memory.

is not first time I ask payment ekoclix, my data are equal in croclix and ekoclix, every time I have received payment croclix and ekoclix who uploaded the forum as the rules say you can revizar my account ekoclix and see from where was pending payment. I can not say I failed payment requirements and why I suspended the account ekoclix because it is not so.

This is the last payment sent me croclix.

I guess that rules are the same on both pages.

Because it is the same owner.

I wanted to know what degree of ekoclix have violated rules.

For me suspend my account.

took more than one year on both pages, and if I receive payment of both pages is because I have not broken the rules to pay them.

I just want to find a solution is that it is an honest administrator can tell you paid me on every page smoothly, eInformation display of ekoclix in this last payment, as I can correct this and to recover my account, which still is not why for the suspension.

I got my account ekoclix, it was all a misunderstanding.

Support apologized for what happened, Accepted apology has to keep working.
