Dear admin,
same thing happened in Purchase balance also, I added $20 into my purchase balance through my Paypal account. But, still not yet added those funds in my Purchase balance.
Please check your database and added that amount please.
Now, $20 updated to my purchase balance, Thank you so much admin...
