We have one good news for you. All of you who have read our terms know that this is written in TOS:

"Members from Vietnam and must be upgraded to be able to receive payment"

After 5 years of work we decided to pay standard members from Vietnam !!
We think CroMedia is the first to remove this rule.

But be careful - read and respect the conditions!
